A Nice Stay
spacious suite high standard friendly staff
I appreciated the very spacious Honeymoon Suite I received as an upgrade . The cleanliness throughout the hotel met my expectations. The staff were very friendly. They provided a high standard of customer service.

Really good service
very nice service large pool lovely restaurant
i am so thankful to the staff. they searched through bins to find my cherished jewelry. the service was kind and thoughtful. the hotel was also clean, had great facilities, a large pool and a lovely restaurant with good food.

lovely view takeout breakfast unfitted sockets loud music
The rooftop bar provided a lovely view. The staff kindly prepared a takeout breakfast for me. I valued this gesture very much. It made my departure easier and more convenient.
The plug sockets in the room were not fitted properly, so some did not work. I found this to be a bit of an inconvenience. The volume of music on the rooftop was very loud and went on until 1 AM. It was hard to sleep that night.

the hotel personnel were very helpful. I appreciated the spacious rooms and stylish furniture. I cooled off in the pool during the late afternoon. Breakfast at the poolside was substantial before heading out for the day.
